This was inspired by a black velvet cloak I saw hanging up in a shop window. I wanted to create images with a dark and mysterious feel but still giving them a contemporary edge.

I had the great opportunity to work with Group 36. It is so exciting to share their photographic journey and i am very much looking forward to seeing them flourish. Thank you for your energy and enthusiasm. Can’t wait for our next session.
After spending a morning exploring everybody’s unique identity and looking at the ingredients needed for creating fabulous images, we stepped outside to shoot. We were blessed with the most exceptional weather.
Thanks to Rachel’s amazing styling and the fabulous models Jaz and Jared we were able to take some very creative images. Catherine was on top form as usual!
Here are a small selection- Enjoy!

Still passionate about the lacey flowers, even though they have died. They still have a magical charm!

These images were inspired by a field I drive past every day. For a couple of weeks it’s filled with these gorgeous white flowers and long grasses. I think they have a magical charm that reminds me of childhood British summers. I styled the shoot to reflect this keeping the British eccentricity.
